Job Description:

To growing IT Communications Domain, we are looking for professional with IT Business Analytics background to gather requirements to develop Hitachi’s website.

In this role you will be responsible for working as point of contact between business and tech team.

You will translate business requirements for IT team, create solution documentation, coordinate UATs and support Product Owner in solution implementation.

This is role perfect for details-oriented person with excellent communication skills.

How you will make an impact:

• Cooperating with business partners to understand their needs

• Creating user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications

• Creating project documentation

• Supporting UAT tests

• Cooperating with a team of programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners

Your background :

• Experience & area knowledge: 5- 8 years of experience in IT, Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of IT business analysis. Familiarity with the software development cycle. Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Requirements & documentation management: Capture, document, analyse business requirements. Consolidate, simplify and prioritize those requirements. Monitor requirements queue. Ensure functional specification supports an overall solution design.

• Solution & process management: Support in defining solutions fulfilling business requirements, leveraging best practices. Propose new solutions in terms of functional flows and solve challenging problems. Understand the customer journey and business value realization. Demonstrate to business users in coordination with PM and Solution architect, how IT solutions work and answer questions. Capture and visualize business processes

• Stakeholder management ,cooperation & advisory  role: Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders, collaborate with architects, application teams, project delivery teams and 3rd party service providers to ensure consistent design of provided solutions and to estimate effort required to achieve those. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to functional and technical designs. Provide expertise to business stakeholders, application operations or project teams to either support ongoing operations or develop new solutions. Provide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement. Test and troubleshoot final system setup.

• Soft,hard & language skills: Communication and analytical skills, focus on solving problems, and the ability to work in a team. Good written and spoken technical English in order to communicate freely 

• Nice to have not must : Knowledge of SQL, SOAP, REST,Ability to create UX/UI mock-ups. BPNM and UML notation
