Collaborate with the best

As a Lead Engineer, Mechanical, Product Design and Engineering, you will be responsible for activities contributing to the engineering design and development of oilfield completions products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Position requiring understanding of concepts, methods and procedures. 

As a Lead Engineer, Mechanical, Product Design and Engineering, you will:

• Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. This work would include mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products 

• Executes routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.  

• Work together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.  

• Work within a team setting and / or under guidance. Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Engineering/Technology). 

• Have project management and project budget planning experience is considered a plus. 

• Have the ability to influence expediting efforts for project deliverables with engineering resources 

• Posess good communication skills (written and oral) across all segments of CWI including Supply Chain, Product Line, and Finance. 

• Have the bility to utilize custom project and portfolio management software for schedule and deliverable performance for continual improvement on metrics.

• Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. 

• Have the ability to think independently and come up with unique technical solutions to oilfield completions challenges.
