The position will be part from Insulet ME & Developing Markets LT. KSA country manager is accountable for consistently achieving Country sales and training objectives, ensuring these results are profitable, and within the guidelines of Insulet Corporation’s defined practices. The position is responsible for the management and development of the country Sales Managers and other functions, enabling adoption of all country’s objectives best practices across the team and the organization and ensuring that her/his team is positioned as a highly competitive sales organization relative to the demands of Saudi market. This position will also facilitate and be accountable for correlating any contact between the Field and all internal operational teams at Insulet Corporation.

- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with Insulet global objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and oversee business development activities
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to ensure business targets are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, regulatory bodies
- Meets/exceeds quarterly and annual country sales and profitability objectives as well as market share.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Works effectively and productively within the Insulet Corporation sales and clinical teams as well as home office team environment.
- Evaluates sales & clinical roles and future roles and resourcing needs to propose organizational developments, balancing internal team development with acquisition of external talent
- Lead the performance management process for all team members within the country.
- Completes administrative duties in a timely manner and works within specified budget.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to build a high performing team
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviours
- Proven experience in senior commercial management roles preferably in the same or related industry, Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and mentoring skill set.
- Clinical capability about insulin delivery and diabetes management.
- Medical industry commercial experience as well as strong clinical & diabetes training experience required.
- Must possess strong leadership and business development skills.
- Keen understanding of all clinical aspects of diabetes and diabetes management.
- Works as a change agent to influence positive change in our markets with a proven ability to harness the resources of the organization to deliver results
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and goal-setting ability along with the ability to mentor and coach to optimal performance.
- Team player with the ability to lead a highly motivated and demanding sales ,clinical other teams.
- Successful sales track record, excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create and execute a regional sales and clinical plan; ability to manage budgets.
- Possesses a strong working knowledge of national and subnational health systems, market access and reimbursement processes.
- Must possess very strong computer skills as well as a very strong proficiency for working with data bases to analyse performance as well as develop national strategies.
- Ability to generate and analyse data for the purposes of forecasting, evaluation and performance management.
- Helping sales and clinical team to achieve their targets.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated senior commercial experience in the medical device industry and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated successful track record in diabetes commercial and operations.
Additional Information
- Valid driver’s license required.
- This position requires frequent business travel (up to 75% weekly travel).
- Ability to travel (air and land).
