As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves meticulously verifying that software solutions meet the specified requirements and behave as expected. This role includes designing detailed test cases, executing these tests carefully, and identifying any inconsistencies or defects. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to ensure that the final product is dependable and ready for end users. The position demands a thorough and methodical approach to testing, ensuring that every release maintains high standards of quality and functionality.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and communication within cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
