The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced and innovative professional passionate about driving institutional success in international education? We're looking for an Associate Account Director, Canada to join our dynamic and growing Canada Partner Relations Team. You will play a critical role in fostering relationships with institutional partners and contributing to our mission of transforming the way students around the world access education.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to achieve enrollment targets for our partner institutions.
Build and Strengthen Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner institutions, acting as their trusted point-of-contact.
Drive New Partnerships: Prospect, network, and present to potential institutional partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Promote Technology Solutions: Develop and implement strategies to showcase our platform’s value to stakeholders, increasing awareness and engagement.
Represent ApplyBoard: Present at national and international conferences to highlight our solutions and grow our partner base.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and partners to introduce new initiatives and improve processes.
Strategic Recruitment Planning: Create and execute strategies to meet international student recruitment goals, focusing on improving conversion rates and increasing program capacities.
Negotiate Partnerships: Lead discussions and negotiations to finalize partnership agreements with institutions.
Manage Partner Inquiries: Serve as a central point of contact for all partner-related queries, addressing concerns and resolving escalations effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the education sector, ideally in recruitment, admissions, or partnership management.
Industry Knowledge: Strong network within the Canadian international education sector.
Skills: Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenges and objections effectively.
Proven Success: Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying leads, and cold-calling, with a track record of delivering results.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Contract Negotiation: Experience reviewing and negotiating partnership contracts.
