About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and support the marketing and sales efforts for Single Premium, Regular Premium, Credit Life, and SME Employee Benefits (EB) products in collaboration with our bank partner. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching frontliners, managing campaign execution, and supporting regional reporting and review activities to ensure achievement of business targets.Sales & Performance Management
