The Opportunity

This position is based in Pinheiros - São Paulo, within our Rapid Diagnostics division (Legal Entity ARDx, part of the Abbott Group). Our rapid diagnostic solutions are helping to tackle some of the world's biggest health challenges.

As a Latam Distributor and Sales Manager you will oversees the distribution process and manages sales activities to ensure efficient operations and achieve sales targets.

The position is looking for someone who has strategic mindset, leadership and influence abilities, entrepreneur behaviors, and is capable to manage both direct sales and distribution processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to potentialize opportunities and meet company goals
  • Monitor sales performance and distribution efficiency, implement processes and make adjustments as needed while prepare regular reports on sales performance and distribution metrics
  • Determines own priorities and may deviate from established procedures. Monitoring of work results is usually indirect.  When assigned work, provided guidance on results expected and timeline.
  • The role must be able to manage sales activities, analyze sales data and create plans to increase sales performance. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales presentations and financial reviews while is capable to provide product and technical information to customers

Required Qualifications

Education:  Completed University Degree

Advanced English and Fluent Spanish
