Your new role
As a Commercial Scheduling Executive at Global, you will be responsible for log generation and commercial output of some of our biggest Brands. By optimisation and manipulation you will work towards the best achievable schedule, whilst meeting campaign deliverables, industry & internal guidelines and best possible listener experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Commercial log generation and manipulation to the most effective schedule.
· Commercial log validation, reconciliation and reconciliation investigation.
· To monitor inventory usage and adhere to IM requests inline with demand.
· To monitor advertiser and product clashes on the commercial log.
· Ensure high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ensure that the delivery of commercial and programming messages create the optimum listening experience.
· Ensure the minutage and break policies for each brand are adhered to.
· Deliver industry agreed accountability guidelines.
· To adhere to and follow scheduling practices and procedures.

· Established scheduling processes and procedures within deadlines set.
· Ability to prioritise and plan workload.
· Quality and quantity of output within deadlines.

· Ability to manage inventory within the commercial logs
