What you will do?

• First level support service (Bomgar)
• Administration and resolution of incidents/issues (Service Now)
• Administration and maintenance of technological equipment (Ad, Lansweeper, Office 365, Windows 10, Zoom)
• Installation and upgrading of technological equipment (SCCM)
• Administration and replacement of mobile devices (BES)

• Good English communication skills
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Eagerness to work as a team
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
