Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to support accurate, timely, and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end AP process, strong controls, and excellent vendor experience.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Posting of purchase invoices in accordance with the accounting standards
• Monitoring payment deadlines and controlling the execution of payments
• Replying to internal and external queries within agreed SLAs
• Performing internal controls
• Effective communication with clients and colleagues

CORE ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE

• Academic background preferably in finance/ accounting / economics
• Knowledge in accounting software and teaching /knowledge sharing skills with Px skills
• Min 1 year as Invoice to Pay Accountant or relevant experience
• Accounting knowledge in AP area
• Professional experience in BPO/Shared Services would be an asset
• Additional accounting courses would be an asset
• Fluent English (and other languages, depending on needs)

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: 

• Communication oriented
• Language – Polish would be an asset
• Attention to detail
• Accounting knowledge

Base Salary Range:

zł82,600.00 - zł113,520.00
