<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Coordinating Bolt’s scooter operations in Latvia.</point>
• <point>Lead daily / weekly scooter operations and continuously identify operational and cost efficiencies in 3PL and inhouse operations </point>
• <point>Create and optimise processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run scooter operations</point>
• <point>Analyse data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics to ensure that scooters are deployed to high-demand areas</point>
• <point>Manage the scooters fleet – be on top of the vehicle inventory and ensure high ride quality for our riders</point>
• <point>Develop and execute strategies to increase our efficiency and solve all kind of operational challenges</point>
