About Us:
St Vincent’s Care Services, in partnership with St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane has a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Physiotherapist. This newly created role will support the allied health manager in both providing and overseeing delivery of physiotherapy services within several St Vincent’s aged care facilities.
A snapshot of your duties would include:
Provide leadership and clinical support to level 2 and 3 physiotherapists working in aged care facilities across Brisbane.
Provide support to the allied health manager with rostering and service coverage across multiple facilities.
Participate in relevant meetings, working parties and committees to foster partnership between care services staff and physiotherapy team.
Provide direct clinical physiotherapy services to aged care facility residents in accordance with professional standards and aged care standards.
Participate in and drive quality improvement projects.
Deliver timely reports in accordance with the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program.
About You:

Current registration with AHPRA
Relevant physiotherapy qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a physiotherapist within Australian aged care and/or hospital facilities
Strong professionalism and commitment to person centred care
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
Availability to work a variety of shifts and travel between sites
Own car and valid Australian drivers licence
