We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator capable of managing end-to-end purchase orders at our CPS Mexico plant.     What You'll Do For Us:

  • Support among Bills to paid, user and supplier to receive the goods and assurance the paid of bills.

  • Manage the purchase orders to CPS Mexico multiple sites operations, since the creation until the final reception of the goods and services.

  • Responsible to activate new suppliers into the system.

  • Promote the best alternatives to support productivity targets through the available platforms (e.g. Wherex)

  • What Are The Qualifications Needed:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing MRO materials and other supplies.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge in industrial areas and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    • Familiarity with SAP software.

    • Understanding of spare parts and laboratory materials.

    • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Personal Skills:

    • High attention to detail.

    • Effective communication skills.

    • Financial acumen.

    • Innovation and problem-solving capabilities.

    • Strong trading and negotiation skills.

  • Language Requirements:

  • English: Intermediate level to understand technical specifications and quotations.
