We are excited to invite a highly skilled and experienced UI Developer to join our dynamic team at Bullish. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge risk management platform. You will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions that empower efficient risk assessment and management for our derivatives trading products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management professionals and quantitative analysts, to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable, high-performance software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop High-Quality Code: Write well-designed, robust, high-performance, and testable code using best software development practices for large, scalable applications.

• Data Integration: Seamlessly integrate and communicate data to and from various back-end services and databases.

• Requirement Gathering: Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs, ensuring alignment with Bullish's innovative approach.

• User Experience Collaboration: Partner with designers to ensure a top-notch user experience and consistent visual design that reflects Bullish's commitment to excellence.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with local and extended teams to ensure efficient, realistic timelines and deliverables, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.

• Task Ownership: Take responsibility for your tasks, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining open and transparent communication with the team and leadership.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Frontend Frameworks: Proven experience working with React or other modern Frontend JavaScript frameworks on large, scalable applications.

• Web Technologies: In-depth experience with modern HTML, CSS, responsive design, and Typescript.

• Web Application Knowledge: Strong understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques, embodying Bullish's culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
