Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, we are looking for a Data Analysis & Validation Engineer to support cabin offer data management activities within aircraft configuration and offer tools. The role focuses on analyzing technical inputs, maintaining data consistency across configurators, supporting monthly updates, and ensuring high quality, on-time delivery of offer data in line with defined processes and standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, good technical understanding of cabin offers, and close collaboration with development, customer, and software tool support teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Management
-Analyze and translate Technical Notes into actionable configuration data.
-Digitalize and maintain offer data within configuration tools.
-Track and manage data update requests using Jira.
-Ensure configuration tools are kept up to date and data consistency is maintained.

Configuration & Catalogue Support
-Analyze new Cabin Configuration Guide catalogues and delta lists.
-Propose and support new template creation when required.
-Maintain and update config management tools and POM follow-up files.

Quality, Delivery & Compliance
-Prepare use cases to validate data accuracy and completeness.
-Ensure quality, process compliance, and on-time delivery of data.
-Monitor and report KPIs (OTD & OQD) related to data management activities.
-Propose and maintain checklists and process improvements.

User & Stakeholder Support
-Provide user guides and functional support to customer and internal teams.
-Support users during transitions to new configurators and tools.
-Work closely with software development teams to validate outputs and resolve issues.

-Strong technical understanding of cabin offers and configuration data.
-Ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical information.
-Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
-Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into configuration tools.
-Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-High level of autonomy, adaptability, and proactive mindset.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Airbus Configuration Tools. Catalog & Bouchers, Data analysis.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
