None/Not RequiredThe Operations Technology & Advancement team is seeking an experienced Operations Technology Project Lead. This position will be responsible for leading the critical planning, execution, and adoption of factory technology projects for the Interiors Strategic Business Unit. This role works across regions, value streams, functions and levels in the business, supporting a complex network of existing and developing digital and cyber-compliant factory automation systems, thereby advancing the industry 4.0 movement within the Interiors business unit. The candidate will work in a highly collaborative, geographically distributed team, and will be working in an Agile management framework.
This role will primarily support East Coast working hours; however, schedule flexibility is required to support global meetings and initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate Operations Technology roadmaps and priorities for Interiors business.
Represent needs of Interiors factories on all Operations Technology initiatives.
Drive awareness, adoption, and best practice sharing for Interiors business.
Accurately and effectively communicate and present to Management and Executive Leadership.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance, best practice and code within the organization and enable citizen development across the Interiors business.
Travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally when circumstances permit.
Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
Experience leading manufacturing-related projects and change initiatives
Hands-on manufacturing experience, including regular on-site engagement on the factory floor to support, implement, or optimize operational technology, automation, or digital manufacturing solutions
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with Connected Factory, manufacturing data management/governance, advanced manufacturing technologies, or factory analytics (AI/ML)
Experience coordinating across corporate, business unit, and site teams
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Experience influencing and coordinating with Senior leadership on priorities, timelines, and milestones

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
