Job Title: Issue Management - Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Issue Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting service delivery through effective issue and risk management practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO, risk management, and compliance, with the ability to work independently and contribute to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk and Compliance Management: Support service delivery by ensuring quality and adherence to risk management and compliance policies.
Compliance Awareness: Increase awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and identifying potential risks to the organization.
Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and enhance organizational resilience.
Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk awareness and foster a culture of compliance across the organization.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments and compliance status for management review, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform and improve risk management practices.
Team Contribution: Actively participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Key Skills: PMO expertise, issue and risk management.
Proficiency in Risk Management: Intermediate proficiency in risk management is required.
Enterprise Risk Management: Beginner proficiency in enterprise risk management is recommended.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert in risk and compliance.
Clearance Requirement:
NV1 security clearance is mandatory for this role.
