In your role as Sales Specialist in the Spare Parts team, you will primarily be the main contact person for various Dematic key accounts with regards to Spare Parts.
You will be responsible for proactive sales of spare parts through sales campaigns, following up and analysis of Spare Parts business.
Your goal is to intensively support these customers, to increase customer satisfaction and to achieve growth and optimization in the area of Spare Parts.
You recognize the needs of the customers, respond to them and are able to reconcile customer wishes with the economic interests of Dematic very well.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Principal Accountabilities

  • Increasing the spare parts business through proactive sales-promoting measures (e.g., increasing the quotation closing/hit rate) and developing new sales strategies.

  • Carrying out various analyses/evaluations to identify potential for improvement and growth opportunities.

  • Independent planning and realization of customer visits and customer presentation.

  • Responsible for monthly forecast planning for incoming orders

  • Planning and implementation of sales campaigns in close cooperation with your counterparts in the various markets and marketing

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • You have at least two to three years of experience as an Account Manager or a Salesperson in B2B

  • You have knowledge in spare parts/components

  • You must be sales driven and a team player

  • You have high customer focus

  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems will be beneficial

  • The use of reporting tools and dashboards like PowerBIs will be beneficial

  • You have experience of working in a global organisation

  • You are business fluent in Italian & English (written and spoken)

  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel/Power Point)

  • High sense of responsibility and cost awareness
