Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve managing and overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs and projects. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
