The Role Proofpoint is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our growing AMER MSP Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing channel platform operations and partner onboarding. You will work cross-functionally with the Channel sales team as well as with external partners. You will work collaboratively with fellow analysts, understand all business processes including business reporting and sales cycle management. You will own channel business transitions and onboard partners to drive a multimillion dollar software business.

Your day-to-day

• Partner onboarding

o We are building a white-glove onboarding experience for partners which will involve ensuring that all partners are set up correctly in our systems and helping with any migrations as Essentials partners are moved to 365 Total Protection

• Partner management

o Monitoring partner tickets

o Supporting product request routing when applicable

• Change of channel

o Approving, tracking, executing change of channel moves

o Proactively manage business transitions such migrations or terminations

• Reporting requests o Basic business analyses in Excel (no advanced BI or coding)

o Ad-hoc data cleanup

What you bring to the team

• Experience in an analytical position that includes process and project management

• Very high attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong communication skills; ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to model in Excel to answer high-level business questions
