Job Summary
The Director of Product Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for supporting the continuous improvement, growth and loss ratio of ISC’s insurance program portfolio. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance rating plans, underwriting procedures and systems, and policy, premium and loss data. The Director will lead a team of product managers in collaborating with Business Unit leaders to monitor program portfolios, ensure adequate rates and improve pricing segmentation. The Director will work cross-functionally with ISC’s technology, data science, operations and project management teams to improve data and promote automation.

The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.
