Job Title: Power Platform Administrator/Specialist L9
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Administrator / Power Apps Specialist to manage, govern, and support Microsoft Power Platform environments. The role involves environment management, security and compliance, performance monitoring, data management, and driving platform adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Environment Management
Create, manage, and maintain Power Platform environments (Development, Test, Production).
Ensure proper environment segregation and configuration based on business needs.
Security & Governance
Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
Configure and maintain security roles, user access, and license assignments.
Monitor platform usage and ensure compliance with organizational governance standards.
Monitoring & Performance
Monitor platform health, performance, and usage trends.
Set up alerts and proactively identify performance or capacity issues.
Generate reports and insights for platform optimization.
Data Management
Manage Microsoft Dataverse, including data models, tables, relationships, and security.
Ensure best practices for data integration and data quality.
Support & Enablement
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for Power Platform issues.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Build Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to validate business requirements and solutions.
Adoption & Strategy
Drive Power Platform adoption across teams and departments.
Establish and manage a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
Define, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks and best practices.
Lifecycle Management
Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.
Deploy and maintain solutions across environments using pipelines and best practices.
Ensure version control, release management, and rollback strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Hands-on experience with environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance.
Knowledge of ALM practices for Power Platform.
Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Understanding of security roles, licensing, and compliance within Microsoft ecosystems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience setting up and managing Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
Familiarity with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Azure integrations.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are a plus.
Experience Level
4-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform Top of Form
SharePoint and OD :
5 years in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Prem (optional), and OneDrive administration.
Deep expertise in:
o SharePoint architecture & information design
o OneDrive sync, configuration, and client troubleshooting
o Governance and compliance policies across M365
o Content types, metadata, SharePoint search, and site performance tuning
Strong PowerShell automation skills (PnP + Graph).
Solid understanding of Teams integration, Azure AD, Conditional Access, and M365 security.
