Allegro is seeking a highly organized and proactive Materials Management professional to lead and optimize our inventory and logistics operations. In this critical role, you will be at the heart of ensuring the seamless flow of materials, from receiving and inventory control to managing scrap and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining real-time accuracy, driving efficiency, and implementing continuous improvements across our materials management processes. • Drive Inventory Excellence: Oversee all aspects of material receiving, issuing, and inventory control, ensuring real-time accuracy and efficient transactions within Oracle.

• Optimize Material Flow: Coordinate material prioritization, manage new material qualifications, and proactively address consumption trends to ensure continuous supply.

• Lead Scrap & Returns Management: Efficiently manage the collection, processing, and sale of scrap materials, as well as the return of rejected items to vendors.

• Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain precise material locators, ensure timely Jira transaction submissions, and update critical materials management documentation.

• Supervise & Develop Teams: Lead daily operations, manage team assignments, and foster continuous improvement within the Materials Management section.

• Enhance Systems & Processes: Identify opportunities to improve departmental services, efficiency, and effectiveness, contributing to the strategic evolution of our materials handling.

• A College Graduate qualification, preferably with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Industrial Engineering.

• Proven working experience in a manufacturing company, with familiarity in materials inventory handling and storage operations within a manufacturing setup.

• Proficiency in computer software, including Oracle System and CAMSTAR (for direct/indirect materials management).

• Demonstrated ability to train people effectively and foster flexibility.
