What You’ll Experience

As an Operations Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on safe, compliant, and efficient operations. You’ll play a key role in developing procedures, managing risk, and driving performance across multiple sites. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic planning, workforce development, and operational optimization.

You’ll be a visible leader in the field, regularly auditing safety procedures and providing real-time feedback to ensure our standards are upheld. Your leadership will help shape a culture of accountability, innovation, and safety.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with established policies and procedures

  • Conducting annual reviews of operating procedures and assisting in the development of new procedures

  • Leading risk and incident management programs

  • Driving workforce planning and career development for team members

  • Developing and coordinating budgets, plans, and forecasts, and conducting regular cost analysis

  • Communicating safety-related updates to local operations teams, including outage plans, near misses, root cause findings, and lessons learned

  • Promoting and proposing optimization efforts to enhance safe and efficient use of physical facilities

  • Maintaining a consistent presence at work sites to supervise and audit critical safety procedures

  • Providing immediate and regular feedback to team members

  • Performing other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in processing plants, gathering, NGL/petrochemical, transmission pipelines, or related operations

  • Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to safety as a top priority

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
