About the Role:-

We are looking for a Techno-Functional expert and System Architect with expertise in Auto, Digital Products, Consumer Electronics - including all aspects of the technology stack. Should be an excellent communicator with proven ability to engage with all program stakeholders in both the business and technology domains, from C-level executives to vendor engineering delivery teams. The incumbent should be comfortable at working at all levels of product and project delivery from customer proposals and business development, through specification and architecture, development, and deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Relevant experience in the required domain. 

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Primary Skills:-

• Engineering Transformation: Manage how organizations create and deliver products and services across the product lifecycle. Hands on experience in one or more of the following tools: Atlassian - Jira, IBM – Rational / Jazz, PTC Integrity, Siemens Polariton, MathWorks – Simulink, Dassault – No magic/ Cameo and space – HIL. Additionally, desired skills around Model Based System Engineering, Hardware-in-the-loop simulations & Functional Safety Engineering and Industry specific skills; like Automotive Software Performance Improvement and Capability determination (ASPICE) standards and Stages for managing engineering processes
• Embedded Systems Engineering: Develop innovative embedded solutions and have a good understanding of Embedded Systems/ Applications: uC/uP/DSP - ARM9&11,Cortex, Adruino, Rasberry PI, SOC from Atmel, NXP,TI and others, Device protocols viz. GPIO, SPI, I2C, CAN, SDCARD interfacing, interfacing with various sensors and smart sensors
• Platform Services : Design and implement end-to-end smart connected solutions on IOT & edge platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, PTC Thingworx, GCP, SAP Leonardo etc. Leverage AI / ML services for predictive / prescriptive modelling and advanced analytics.

Good to have skills:-

• Mobility Services: Experience in smart solutions such as shareable digital devices, over-the-air upgrades, connected vehicles and associated platforms, remote-control, fleet management, multi-modal transport for automotive and/or transportation domain (incl. electric vehicles / fleets)
• Product Management: Transform Product Strategies, Product Management, and overall engineering by enabling portfolio alignment with overall business strategy, right products mix with optimal resource utilization and better governance thereby ensuring increased product success

Additional Attributes Desired:-

• Have experience of collaborating with cross functional teams to define and develop assets and offerings across new products, Research & Development, Portfolio and Smart Connected product areas.
• Have Experience of creating and launching new smart connected products effectively by providing value-add to the processes, designs, methodologies, and business models.
• Strong experience on Agile principles and Agile based product development
• Have business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients by analysing the latest industry trends, innovations, disruptions, and value drivers
• Possess analytical and outcome-driven approach to perform data analyses & generate insights
• Demonstrate a strategic Mindset to understand shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models
• Excel as a long-term trusted advisor and partner by providing thought leadership and profound knowledge of market trends.
• Understand and deploy the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement
• Ability to communicate and present skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders
• Have team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals
• Demonstrate leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members
