What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a loader to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining production targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to support plant operations and achieve operational goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
  • Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
