We are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to support our expanding accounting operations. This role will assist with daily accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries, completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining schedules, and supporting the monthly close process. The position requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi‑entity environment. A preferred candidate will also be able to adapt quickly to new projects and clearly summarize complex financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proficiency with Excel and comfort with accounting systems (preferrable QuickBooks) 

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
