We are seeking a motivated Student Employee for a temporary position designed for individuals who are actively pursuing a relevant degree. This role provides an opportunity to work in the area of your future degree or as a generalist within a specific department. The studentship is limited in time, with the intent to transition into a College Graduate/Technical Graduate position upon completion of your degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in specific work related to your future degree or contribute as a generalist within a designated department.

  • Collaborate with teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

  • Apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, gaining hands-on experience in your field of study.

  • Participate in meetings and discussions, contributing ideas and solutions.

  • Utilize MS Office tools to assist in data analysis, reporting, and project management.

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development, seeking opportunities to enhance skills and competencies.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including macros, algorithms, mathematical functions, pivot and dynamic tables programming, and Power BI.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.                                                                                              

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

  • Must be pursuing a degree in Electrics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Sciences engineering, with 50-70% of the engineering program completed and at least 1 year remaining as an active student.

  • Willing to dedicate 36 hours per week to the Student Worker program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency working with MS Office, including macros, algorithms, mathematical functions, pivot and dynamic tables programming, and Power BI.
