A Day in the Life

The position is remote and based in Costa Rica.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Create and review reports and analysis to check key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and preparing summaries for IT leadership

• Attend stand-up meetings with internal engineering and support teams. Discuss ongoing challenges, potential improvements, and strategies for current projects

• Engage in process management activities. This involves updating process documentation, ensuring workflows are efficient, and addressing any bottlenecks

• Work on technical writing tasks, such as creating and updating knowledge documentation

• Coordinate new projects and operational demands. This includes initiating new projects, tracking demands, and providing status updates to stakeholders

• Manage vendor relationships with global suppliers. Oversee hardware standards, order processing, and handle any escalations that arise

• Meet with partner engineering and support teams to discuss program-level initiatives. Focused on strategies, improvements and financials

• Prepare and present detailed reports that highlight critical information and recommendations

• Present process, workflow, and program changes to global IT teams. Ensure that all teams are aligned and informed about any updates or modifications

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Experience in process management

• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation

• Excellent project coordination abilities

• Effective vendor management skills

• Ability to collaborate with engineering and support teams

• Strong communication skills for presenting to IT leadership and global teams Level 1 IT Support experience

 

Preferred skills include experience in IT Asset and Hardware Asset Management, stockroom and lifecycle processes, and Level 2 IT support. Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard creation, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, is also beneficial.
