Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Create and review reports and analysis to check key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and preparing summaries for IT leadership
Attend stand-up meetings with internal engineering and support teams. Discuss ongoing challenges, potential improvements, and strategies for current projects
Engage in process management activities. This involves updating process documentation, ensuring workflows are efficient, and addressing any bottlenecks
Work on technical writing tasks, such as creating and updating knowledge documentation
Coordinate new projects and operational demands. This includes initiating new projects, tracking demands, and providing status updates to stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships with global suppliers. Oversee hardware standards, order processing, and handle any escalations that arise
Meet with partner engineering and support teams to discuss program-level initiatives. Focused on strategies, improvements and financials
Prepare and present detailed reports that highlight critical information and recommendations
Present process, workflow, and program changes to global IT teams. Ensure that all teams are aligned and informed about any updates or modifications
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience in process management
Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
Excellent project coordination abilities
Effective vendor management skills
Ability to collaborate with engineering and support teams
Strong communication skills for presenting to IT leadership and global teams Level 1 IT Support experience
Preferred skills include experience in IT Asset and Hardware Asset Management, stockroom and lifecycle processes, and Level 2 IT support. Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard creation, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, is also beneficial.
