Awardco's customers are top priority, and our Customer Support team ensures each Awardco user has the best experience possible while using our product. We have the following shifts available for this role:

Full-time: Monday - Friday morning shift 6AM - 2PM ($15/hour)

Full-time: Monday - Friday overnight shift 11PM - 7AM ($19/hour)

Full-time: Saturday - Wednesday morning shift 12AM - 8AM ($19/hour)

What you will do:

  • Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
  • Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
  • Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
  • Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction

What you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 
  • Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
    • Salesforce
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Google Suite
    • Zendesk
