• To supervise the turnaround cleaning operations for every flight. (ETA of cleaner, sufficient manpower, cleaning duration).

• To sign the ‘complete task checklist’ for every departure once the vendor had completed it.

• Managing the stock control of safety leaflet, inflight F&B menu, Inflight magazine, promotional material, air sickness bag, tissue roll, paper hand towel and rubbish bin plastic.

• To be the Point of contact from Ground Operations.

• Prepare any report and data analysis involving AIC for operations improvement

• Helping in administrative work involving AIC and other operations matters in the Ground Operations department.

• Preparing and updating training presentation, notes, test and other related materials to ensure it meets current regulation and operation requirements.

• Conducting an oversight audit for ground handlers with the objective of achieving the standard requirement as stated in SLA, SGHA and AAX manuals.

• Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPI to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed.

• Perform other duties as described and instructed by superior.

• Compile reports, statistics and others in respect to AIC and ramp operation as required by head office.

• Ensure ground handling operations are conducted in accordance with applicable egulations and AAX Standard.

Merits

• Possess School Certificate (SPM / SPA or equivalent) and/or diploma in any field.

• Minimum 2 year experience in any airline ground operations area.

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of airport handling procedures in areas of ground operations, dispatch & load control, passenger services, baggage and ramp services and other key ground operations activities.

• Able to communicate in oral and written languages of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Additional language is an advantage.
