NVIDIA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Director specializing in Zero Trust and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join our organization. What You'll be Doing:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement the strategic vision for IAM within the organization, aligning it with our Zero Trust architecture.

  • Collaborate and work closely with senior leaders to promote IAM initiatives and encourage the adoption of effective practices.

  • Implementation & Operations: Lead the design, deployment, and management of IAM solutions. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IAM systems, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security. Run IAM-related projects from conception through implementation and post-implementation review.

  • Integration & Simplification: Drive the integration of IAM capabilities with existing enterprise security controls. Simplify IAM processes to enhance user experience and compliance without compromising security.

  • Collaborate with IT and multi-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM integration across various platforms and applications.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure that IAM practices align with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop and implement IAM policies, standards, and procedures. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate IAM risks.

  • Develop and lead an IAM team that demonstrates strong work behaviors, promoting an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in IAM and cybersecurity to guide the team effectively. Engaging with Key Members: Share IAM strategies and initiatives with individuals at all levels of the organization. Work closely with business units to understand their needs and ensure IAM solutions support their goals. Advocate for the importance of IAM in maintaining a robust security posture across the organization.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.

  • 4+ years of leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated ability in implementing and leading IAM solutions in a large, complex organization.

  • In-depth understanding of Zero Trust principles and how they apply to IAM.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong social skills and ability to collaborate effectively .

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft, SailPoint, or similar.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001).

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The base salary range is 264,000 USD - 408,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
