ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for planning, implementing and follow up of marketing and sales strategies / tactics of assigned brands portfolio. Responsible for product details to HCPs of assigned territory and achieve revenue & KPIs objectives. Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the business/revenue targets of assigned product portfolio by:

  • Making professional & skillful in chamber presentations/detailing to targeted doctors of the assigned territory for business generation.

  • Plan & conduct customer engagement activities.

  • Ensuring adequate knowledge of the products and their competition to establish & communicate the benefit of products to customers/users.

  • Updating doctors/chemists contact records list as & when needed with the consent of Category Lead and maintains all call records accordingly through Veeva system.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly call plans and properly follow it to improve customer coverage as per defined KPIs.

  • Responsible for gathering market insights in assigned geographical areas and provide feedback to HRM/Country Brand Manager/ CFC Lead for marketing strategies.

  • Ready to travel frequently as per business need.

  • Willingness to relocate as per business need.

 

Academic Qualification:

 

·        Minimum Science Graduate & Pharm D will be Preferred

 

Professional Experience:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.

  • Experience of Oncology will be preferred

 

Skills & Competencies:

 

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Basic Knowledge of Pharmacology, Pathology & Physiology.

  • Powerful Presentation Skills.

  • Computer skills including MS office.

  • Analytical Approach.
