As a learning experience designer, you will use your knowledge and experience to:

  • Assess the firm’s existing sales training

  • Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize a comprehensive training and support program based on individuals’ roles and level of experience/expertise

  • Identify gaps and prioritize needs with the highest ROI

  • Use creative learning experience design to develop and deliver training to address priority skill gaps

  • Work closely with subject matter experts across the company to develop and deliver service-line specific training

  • Measure training success and adjust activities accordingly

 

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Sales Enablement training program to develop and support client relationship executives, sales teams and engagement delivery staff who are serving commercial and public clients

  • Develop strong working relationships with growth-focused leaders and account teams to understand business needs and implement training solutions

  • Structure overall sales training program based on needs defined by role and level of experience/expertise

  • Implement learning using best practices and innovative, creative learning strategies

  • Collaborate with enterprise Learning and Development professionals to createand delivering training using instructor-led (in-person and virtual), on-demand multi-media, technology-based interactive and other common methods

  • Conceptualize and developing self-service functionality for commonly requested sales assets

  • Create knowledge assets such as FAQs, how-to guides, and templates to support training delivery and self-service facilities

  • Devise and implement a clear and consistent learning assessment model to measure results and return on investment

  • Coordinate with Learning and Development colleagues to maintain consistent training standards

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 

  • Five (5) + years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design

  • Five (5) + years of experience leading and implementing learning strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of the capture process for sales of management consulting services to commercial and public sector clients

  • Ability to lead teams of experts to create and deliver business development training

  • Creativity to create clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences

  • Experience with training techniques and technologies to deliver large group trainings

  • Experience with training techniques and technologies to create self-service facilities

  • Experience developing in-house certification programs

  • Ability to define and manage initiatives and communicating progress to build stakeholder buy-in

 

What Would Be Nice to Have

  • At least 3 years of experience delivering management and/or IT consulting services to commercial and public sector clients

  • At least 5 years of project management experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Intensely customer oriented, with excellent communication skills

  • Strong collaborator adept at teaming with key stakeholders at all levels across the firm

  • Exceptional sales training expert, with strong program and change management skills

  • Creative problem solver focused on continuous improvement

  • Detail-oriented and passionate about quality
