We have an immediate opening for a Sr. DT Collaboration Specialist. This position is available at our Pune, India location

What you’ll do: 

• Ensure the ongoing operations and maintenance within our existing collaboration suite of applications.
• Identify and deploy new features with our existing collaboration products, understand changes and the impact, and establish effective change management and communications.
• Engage with the business to better leverage collaboration solutions, which include enterprise voice, conferencing, messaging, AI and document management capabilities, to solve complex problems.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation showcasing new features, establishing maintenance procedures, and technical support of key technologies.
• Follow all prescribed development and release processes and procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related experience required.
• Highly collaborative, accountable and results driven individual.
• 3-5 years of professional experience with strong technical background with an emphasis working with Collaboration technologies such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Copilot and other Collaboration / AI applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative Thinking – Learns new technologies and how best to leverage them to meet the business needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications.
• Experience working with backend Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint and Exchange a plus.
• Experience with conferencing technologies such as Zoom, Teams, Poly, etc. a plus.
