What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to provide support for a large engagement supporting international aerospace program office including:

  • Overseeing and managing the intersections of Federal Government requirements across complex workstreams and activities within a matrix organization supporting implementation of capabilities for:
  • Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR)
  • Supply chain asset visibility and control
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships within the Program Office and key stakeholders across the DoD

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Deputy Program Manager for a large, international program
  • Manage Government focused component of the Program Management team tasked with supporting deployment of supply chain asset visibility and control capabilities.
  • Synthesize Government specific requirements and/or impacts within the Federal regulatory environment
  • Facilitate meetings and engage in walkthroughs with key stakeholders to steer expertise and address complex challenges
  • Guide team through complex transformation and organizational development using best practices for process optimization, organizational improvements, change management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Plan and facilitate large and small meetings and working sessions to gather requirements, assess barriers to implementation, develop strategies, and build team culture


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • THREE (3) or more years of experience related to Program Management and/or Operation Management

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master's Degree
  • TEN (10)+ years of Federal Service in the U.S. Department of Defense
  • PMP certification
  • DAIWA Level III certification in Product Support Management
  • Certification and/or experience in Continuous Improvement (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints)
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, flexible, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to promptly adapt, respond quickly to new information and changing scope in a matrix organization
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
