Data Analytics & Savings Tracking
Maintain, update, and audit baseline procurement financial models, tracking project spend variations and hard/soft realized savings.
Generate automated weekly and monthly KPI dashboards, commercial metrics reports, and data visualizations for leadership evaluation.
Support structural market intelligence activities by analyzing supplier proposals (RFPs) and constructing clean cost-benefit analysis matrices.
Governance, Internal Memos & Policy Implementation
Draft, structure, and formalize strategic internal procurement memos, executive summaries, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support the regional and global rollout of updated procurement policies, cross-referencing and ensuring operational project alignments.
Act as an audit coordinator, ensuring proper digital retention of sign-offs, policy deviations, and formal authorization records.
Project Execution Support
Track timelines, phase gates, action items, and outstanding critical path tasks for strategic savings initiatives across departments.
Liaise comprehensively between Procurement, corporate Finance, and legal stakeholders to drive operational project milestones forward.
Organize project steering committee meetings, coordinate cross-functional agendas, and archive actionable minutes.
Education & Skills:
Bachelor's degree with a high GPA (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields).
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
Experience or a strong interest in utilizing AI tools to optimize supplier market research, automate cost-analysis, and improve documentation workflows.
Languages: Fluent English is mandatory.
