Summary: We are seeking a Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Specialist with strong experience in Cisco wireless technologies and a solid background in enterprise routing and switching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting wireless infrastructure in complex network environments. Experience with tools like F5 Load Balancers, Infoblox DDI, and VeloCloud SD-WAN is a plus and will be considered beneficial. Roles and Responsibilities -Perform daily monitoring, operations, and troubleshooting of Cisco routing & switching and Fortinet switching infrastructure. -Support Meraki and Fortinet wireless access networks. -Administer Infoblox DDI services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM). -Operate and troubleshoot Cisco ISE, RADIUS, and TACACS+ access control systems. -Assist in configuring and maintaining F5 Load Balancers. -Work within the Network Operations Center (NOC) environment to respond to alerts, incidents, and performance degradations. -Escalate complex issues to L3/Lead as needed, ensuring timely resolution. -Participate in change management and documentation of network configurations and incidents. -Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and best practices. -Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, and configurations. -Participate in maintenance windows, patching activities, and network upgrades Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in network operations (L2/NOC support). -Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing & switching and Fortinet switching. -Working knowledge of Meraki/Fortinet wireless solutions. -Experience with Infoblox DDI, Cisco ISE, RADIUS, and TACACS+. -Proficiency in VPN setup and troubleshooting (IPSec, SSL, Remote Access). -Basic to intermediate exposure to F5 Load Balancer administration. -Strong troubleshooting, escalation, and analytical skills. -Good understanding of ITIL-based incidents and change management processes. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Basic exposure to Fortinet SD-WAN or VeloCloud SD-WAN. -Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, scripting). -Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or LogicMonitor. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - Certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4/5, F5-CTS, or Infoblox Associate. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
