Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of collectors to ensure that agreed targets are met and a high quality of service is maintained
Identify, escalate and resolve complex issues related to disputes, tax regulations and regional political or economic developments
Lead communication with important stakeholders of our key customers, during conference calls and in writing
Control KMs and SLAs
Establish and maintain strong business partnership with the Client’s Finance team
Forecasting and reporting activities
Manage capacity of the team
Requirements:
Previous experience in the OTC area is a must
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to strategize solutions
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
Previous experience in managing a team will be a strong asset
Fluent in written and oral English and French (C1)
