• Unterstützung des Generalagenten bei der Führung der Generalagentur im Firmenkundengeschäft
• Fachliche Unterstützung, Coaching und Teamentwicklung sicherstellen
• Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und Einarbeitung von neuen Vorsorgeberatenden
• Bewirtschaftung und Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen, interessanten Kundenportefeuilles
• Akquisition neuer Privat- und Firmenkunden durch systematische Marktbearbeitung
• Erarbeitung und Verkauf von ganzheitlichen Beratungsdienstleistungen in allen Vorsorge- und Finanzfragen für Privatkunden
• Beratung und Verkauf von beruflichen Vorsorgelösungen für Firmenkunden

Ihre Stärken

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich (Finanzberater IAF oder Finanzplaner eidg. FA)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Finanzumfeld mit Fokus auf Firmenkunden
• Gute Kenntnisse über berufliche Vorsorgelösungen
• Ausgeprägte Verkaufs- und Sozialkompetenz
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ziel- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Unternehmerisch denkend, belastbar, kontaktfreudig
