The Opportunity:
As a CACI-SOAS Expert Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Analyst, you will perform all-source analytic production on WMD, e.g. CBRNE analysis and participates in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military contingency operations. You will conduct analysis and collection support includes, but is not limited to, WMD threats, the CBRNE and counterterrorism nexus, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations.


Responsibilities:
You will demonstrate the ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions on nuclear weapons. You will demonstrate expert analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft, and techniques. You will demonstrate extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymakers (e.g. Undersecretary level or higher) on BW matters.


Qualifications:

  • Desired Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 5 years focused on a WMD lane (counterproliferation, chemical, biological, nuclear, etc.).
  • Desired Education: Master’s degree in an intelligence or WMD related field (Strategic Intelligence, Organic Chemistry, Bioengineering, etc.) from a college or university accredited by a an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Understanding of JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206
  • You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Desired:

  • Desired Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 10 years focused on a WMD lane (counterproliferation, chemical, biological, nuclear, etc.).
  • Desired Education: Doctorate degree in an intelligence or WMD related field (Strategic Intelligence, Organic Chemistry, Bioengineering, etc.) from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • CI Polygraph
  • Expert understanding of JP 3-40, JP 3-25, ICD 203, and ICD 206

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
