About the role 🚀
Location: Paris (with travel across Europe)

To deliver on this ambition, we are seeking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Performance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in reinventing our internal processes to increase our margins and deliver even more Premium operations to our merchants and their customers. Sitting within the Operations department, you’ll act as a strategic partner across Fulfillment, Transportation, Finance and Product teams to help us scale our internal processes and ensure optimal execution.

Your responsibilities

- Oversee key transversal processes, such as operations planning, quality of service & billing/invoicing to scale them and better support daily operations. This includes continuous monitoring & reporting of key metrics, seeking continuous improvement, and contributing to long term vision to ensure the efficiency and scalability of processes.

- Diligently manage and execute operational processes, ensuring the quality of day-to-day outputs and staying closely connected to their impact on operations

- Leverage data-driven decision-making to identify financial risks/opportunities and quality issues, and implement efficient operational strategies to address them.

- Provide operational support to drive sustainable change and implement operational processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Provide specific recommendations and directions for product enhancements

- Collaborate with all Ops teams & stakeholders (COO, Transportation, Fulfillment, Merchant, Analysts) and Finance department to address new optimisation opportunities and identify margin levers
