Role Purpose

Drive digital transformation, automation, and system standardisation across Facilities by governing platforms, data, compliance tracking, and analytics to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and visibility across sites.

Key Scope of Work

1. Digital Transformation & Automation

·        Lead facilities automation initiatives across sites.

·        Deploy AI, bots, and digital workflows to reduce manual processes.

·        Serve as Facilities SME for digital transformation programs.

2. Maximo Governance & Standardisation

·        Own enterprise-wide Maximo standards including asset naming, hierarchy, and PM/CM structures.

·        Liaise with Maximo backend teams on configuration, enhancements, and integrations.

·        Ensure data integrity and system governance.

3. Data Analytics & Insights

·        Analyse utilities, maintenance, and asset performance data.

·        Develop dashboards, KPIs, and trend analysis.

·        Support predictive maintenance and performance optimisation.

4. Technology Integration & Systems Alignment

·        Integrate and optimise systems such as Maximo, BMS, FFU, Digital Twin, Forge, PME, and iPlant.

·        Eliminate system silos and enable end-to-end data visibility.

5. Compliance Calendar Standardisation

·        Standardise Facilities Compliance Calendars across sites.

·        Digitise and integrate compliance tracking with Maximo and reporting systems.

·        Improve compliance visibility, ownership, and closure tracking.

6. Monthly Reporting & Automation

·        Standardise monthly Facilities report formats across sites.

·        Automate report generation using system data sources.

·        Provide executive-level insights and performance summaries.

7. Governance & Continuous Improvement

·        Establish SOPs, playbooks, and governance frameworks.

·        Drive continuous improvement through data and technology enablement.
