Purpose

• Specialized leadership role to run the business management function at NAB India supporting Technology division.
• Business Management function works closely with CIOs, India Technology Leadership team, India Senior Leadership and ensure overall health and governance of the technology division.
• This function is also responsible to be at the forefront of managing divisional risk backed by strong reporting and analytics.
• Driven by the insights continuously drive simplification of processes to make life better for our colleagues resulting into better customer outcomes.
• Manage vendor strategy for technology division.

Experience

• Leading business management function in a large complex corporate environment.
• Understanding of budgeting & financial processes
• Experience in various Delivery Tools used in corporate environment – time management, budget management, risk management, hiring, onboarding/offboarding, vendor management
• Good stakeholder Management and engagement
• Creating and managing business continuity
• Technology vendor management (providing resourcing)

• MS Office Suite (Advance capability in Excel and Powerpoint)

Key Accountabilities

• Accurate and efficient reporting and communications for CIOs, Technology India Leadership.
• Managing different initiatives at NAB India level driving simplification and efficiencies.
• BCP Management for the Technology Division
• Operations and Logistics support for Technology Leadership.
• Workforce forecast review and reporting.
• Process Improvement and alignment across departments.
• Ensure integrity of reporting for enterprise use.
• Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, performance management reporting showing progress, controls, risks and other key metrics.
• Vendor governance and performance management including effective utilization of vendors.
• Drive innovation through process simplification.

Qualification Requirements

• BE, BTech, MBA or equivalent degree
