As a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 Lead you are responsible to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients looking to optimize their recruitment and employee onboarding processes. In this role the consultant will work with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules, ensuring smooth transitions from candidate selection to employee onboarding. In this role, you will actively identify and pursue innovative opportunities/approaches to create and deliver (internal and external) client value. You'll ensure that your team's work is innovative and brings value, leveraging Accenture’s offerings and best practices to all engagements. You will synthesize complex information to identify trends and potential issues and quickly isolate root causes, demonstrating comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty while adapting to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and HR stakeholders to understand recruiting and onboarding requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
  • Lead the implementation of Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules, including candidate profile management, applicant tracking, job requisitions, and career site optimization.
  • Implement Onboarding 2.0 functionalities, ensuring seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding, including compliance management, form management, and employee setup.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and templates for Recruiting and Onboarding to align with the client’s unique hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure integration between Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules and other SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Compensation, and Learning Management.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for talent acquisition and onboarding, including recruiting strategies, candidate experience, and new-hire integration.
  • Assist in data migration activities, including validating and mapping legacy recruiting and onboarding data to SuccessFactors.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure HR and recruitment teams are well-equipped to use the Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and new features, advising clients on enhancements and improvements.
  • Participate in project planning, timelines, and reporting, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Provide post-go-live support to clients, resolving any technical or functional issues and advising on future improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 implementations, with at least one full-cycle implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition processes, including candidate management, job requisitions, and applicant tracking.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams in fast-paced environments. Or as part of a team in fast-paced project environments.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with Onboarding 2.0, including employee forms, compliance, and new-hire processes.
  • Experience with data migration and integration between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems or third-party recruiting tools.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 Certification (preferred).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors , which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in selected locations.
