Summary: As an Application Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering predictive and intelligent delivery approaches that leverage automation and analytics. Your typical day will involve driving the automation of delivery analytics to gather valuable insights from data, ensuring that processes are streamlined and efficient. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance operational effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the organization through innovative automation solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify automation opportunities and best practices. - Mentor junior professionals in automation techniques and strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive automation decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
