The Opportunity

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior International Tax Analyst in our Lake County, Abbott Park, IL location.

What You'll Work On:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of U.S. international tax returns.

  • Apply knowledge of U.S. international tax (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, etc.) to assist in meeting the reporting requirements of the Company’s OUS operations.

  • Research complex tax issues and be proficient in interpreting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations.

  • Assist with the annual and quarterly tax provision processes, including review and analysis of OUS tax

  • provisions, analysis of tax accounts and reserves using Longview tax provision software. This includes a working knowledge of ASC 740 tax accounting and other necessary FASB pronouncements, as well as internal controls.

  • Assist with responding to IRS audit information requests.

  • Participate in special projects including providing support for international tax planning transactions.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

B.A./B.S. in Accounting/Finance required.

Minimum of 3‐5 years of international tax experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Public Accounting or Fortune 500 corporate tax experience preferred.

CPA and/or MST preferred, but not required.

Experience with Corptax reporting software is highly preferred, but not required.

Advanced excel skills preferred.

The base pay for this position is

$83,000.00 – $166,000.00
