Role Summary

This role supports reusable assets on the Salesforce platform. The focus is on stability, quality, and smooth adoption by consuming teams. The person works closely with developers and project teams. Hands on work is expected.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Reusable Assets
Own and support Salesforce reusable platform assets.
Manage the Core Package, including error logging, trigger framework, permission sets, EFS, license optimization, and disclaimer banner.
Track package health and KPIs using Tracker.
Keep documentation updated as requested.

Package Support and Operations
Support installation of the Core Package for consuming teams.
Help teams with setup, usage, and basic design questions.
Troubleshoot issues reported by consumers and guide them to resolution.

Bug Fixing and Improvements
Analyze bugs reported from projects or production.
Fix issues in the Core Package with proper testing.
Validate changes before release.
Maintain clear documentation for every fix.

Quality and Stability
Ensure packages follow Salesforce best practices.
Improve reliability and reduce repeated issues.
Support controlled releases and version updates.

Required Skills
Strong experience with Salesforce platform and DevOps practices.
Good understanding of Apex, triggers, and packaging.
Hands on troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable working with multiple teams.
Clear written and spoken communication.

Nice to Have
Experience with reusable frameworks or shared platforms.
Experience with CI/CD for Salesforce.
Exposure to KPI tracking and operational reporting.
Prior work in regulated environments.
Experience with AI supported Development, e.g. GitHub Co-Pilot or Vibe Coding (former Agentforce for Developers
Enhanced understanding of Salesforce Security (Security Center, Health Check, Authentication, oAuth flows, SSO, ...)
