Manager Automatisme et Innovation

Rôle :
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Technique, vous managez le bureau d’études automatisme, en assurant la satisfaction client et le leadership technologique de nos solutions.

Responsabilités :

·         Animer et soutenir l’équipe bureau d’études automatisme.

·         Défendre nos innovations et notre expertise auprès des clients et partenaires.

·         Surveiller les tendances du marché, proposer des évolutions technologiques.

·         Planifier, prioriser et gérer la sous-traitance en lien avec la direction.

Profil :

·         Ingénieur ou équivalent, spécialisation automatisme.

·         Expérience en automatisme industriel, programmation Siemens Tia Portal, IHM.

·         Expérience en management d’équipe d’experts.

·         Anglais courant, bonnes capacités de communication et pédagogie.

·         Sens du client et force de conviction.
