Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements, while also overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing support to users, ensuring a seamless experience with the applications you help create. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights. - Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes. - Ability to integrate SAP CO with other SAP modules. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
